Founded by a group of passionate professionals with backgrounds in policy research, legislative affairs, and financial strategy, KHK Solutions emerged from a shared vision of creating a better future.

With over ten years of experience in campaigning and government relations, Parshan has led statewide campaigns to amend the California constitution, to establish multi-billion dollar bonds in order to pay for various infrastructure expenses in the state's public K-12 and higher education systems, and has successfully led the charge in passing numerous pieces of legislation in the state of California by building massive coalitions of diverse groups and organizations.
